Welcome to Egypt Explorations. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations, as well as our responsibilities as your tour provider.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 10 days prior to departure.
We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other secure methods (Venmo, Zelle) as specified during the booking process.
Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
If we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings), we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or credit toward a future tour.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or delayed luggage. Egypt Explorations is not liable for any costs incurred due to travel disruptions.
4.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport (with at least six months validity) and any necessary visas for entry into Egypt.
4.2. Egypt Explorations is not responsible for any denied entry or travel delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
While we strive to follow the published itinerary, adjustments may be necessary due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Some activities, such as boat rides or desert excursions, may be modified or substituted based on local conditions to ensure your safety.
6.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in the tour activities. Please notify us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions prior to departure.
6.2. Egypt Explorations reserves the right to decline participation in certain activities if safety is a concern.
7.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow local laws and customs.
7.2. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
8.1. Egypt Explorations is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
8.2. Participation in certain activities (e.g., camel rides, hot air balloon rides, etc.) may require signing an additional liability waiver.
9.1. Egypt Explorations may capture photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes.
9.2. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please notify us in writing prior to departure.
Egypt Explorations is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of war, or government restrictions.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located within Connecticut.
